You agree that the entire risk arising out of use of the services, remains solely with you to the extent permitted under applicable law.

How to submit a copyright notice

If your copyright-protected work was posted on MTG Cardbuilder without authorization, you may submit a copyright infringement notification. Please be sure to consider whether fair use, fair dealing, or a similar exception to copyright applies before you submit. These requests should only be sent in by the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
